The Czech Food Gallery is a quarterly exhibition of Czech food and agricultural products. Every three months the exhibition will feature a new set of products presenting and supporting Czech producers, in particular those who have received a quality mark, such as Klasa, Regionální potravina, Chráněné zeměpisné označení, but also Vína z Moravy, vína z Čech or Asociace regionálních značek. The exhibition will also feature traditional products, although these may not carry a quality mark. Approximately one third of the exhibits are made in the Moravian-Silesian Region, the rest are made in other parts of the Czech Republic. When it comes to the structure of the exhibition, the 30 exhibited products are classified into ten categories marked with a pictogram. The exhibition features products from industrial production as well as from family businesses and farms that take pride in handicraft. The unifying elements are tradition and our desire to present only the best products.
